The Sales Operations Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the Head of Sales, supporting the sales organization across sales operations, deal execution, and strategic initiatives. This role will ensure deals move efficiently through the pipeline, support technical and operational sales processes, and provide the operational backbone required to scale enterprise sales.
The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Solutions Support, helping maintain deal momentum, supporting enterprise sales cycles, and ensuring the sales team operates with speed and precision.
This role acts as a force multiplier for the Head of Sales + Founders, allowing leadership to focus on strategic deals and revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Execution & Deal Health
Monitor the health and progress of active deals across the sales pipeline.
Track testing and proof-of-concept progress with key customers.
Coordinate with Martin internally to ensure deal blockers are identified and resolved quickly.
Provide updates to leadership on deal progress and potential risks.
Examples:
Monitoring testing progress with enterprise clients (e.g., Payoneer or similar accounts)
Ensuring sales engineering and product teams are aligned on deal requirements.
Revenue Operations Support
Support the management and maintenance of CRM and pipeline data.
Assist Martin with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Help ensure deals are properly tracked and documented within the sales tech stack.
Provide operational support for revenue reporting and sales performance analysis.
Enterprise Security & Documentation Coordination
Assist with the preparation and coordination of security questionnaires and information security documentation requested by enterprise prospects.
Coordinate with internal security and engineering teams to ensure responses are completed efficiently.
Support time-sensitive enterprise procurement requirements.
Deal Desk & Contract Support
Assist in coordinating contract workflows.
Support contract preparation, approvals, and execution processes.
Coordinate internally with legal, compliance, and finance teams to accelerate deal closing.
Ensure deals move efficiently through internal approval processes.
Customer & Prospect Support
Support urgent customer or prospect requests when account executives or functional teams are unavailable.
Help coordinate responses and internal follow-ups to maintain deal momentum.
Sales Team Operational Support
Provide direct operational support to the Head of Sales and account executives.
Assist with pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
Help organize and coordinate internal deal reviews.
Sales Infrastructure & Tech Stack Administration
Support administration and optimization of the sales tech stack.
Ensure sales tools, CRM systems, and operational workflows remain efficient and organized.
Strategic Projects & Sales Initiatives
Assist with key sales initiatives led by the Head of Sales.
Support preparation for conferences, events, and strategic commercial initiatives.
Coordinate internal preparation for conference outreach and sales playbooks.
Recruiting & Team Support
Support hiring efforts for the sales team.

Compensation Range: $90K - $120K
