Role Description

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for the tracking of one-to-several engineering or development projects and is expected to contribute technically to one or more of the projects. Responsibilities include real-time tracking of projects via dashboards, experiment design and analysis, and ensuring alignment within and between project teams. Ideal candidates excel at organizing and tracking multiple technical tasks, managing complexity, solving problems, working well both independently and with others, designing and contributing to experiments, and driving rigor in results.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Emeryville/Oakland, CA.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field, graduated in 0-5 years.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and contribute to multiple projects with intersecting priorities and timelines.
• Ability to be highly productive and efficient in a highly dynamic, rapidly growing environment where challenges are the norm and problems are ill-defined.
