About the team
We are looking for a talented and driven Client Onboarding and Success Manager to join our expanding UK team. This role involves guiding new clients through their onboarding journey and maintaining ongoing strategic engagement with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess project management and technical expertise, demonstrate strong customer leadership, and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients - ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sale through to full utilization of Alloy’s products
- Collaborate with Clients and internal teams to maintain project timelines - setting clear expectations and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate adoption and proficiency with our products.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution.
- Lead client facing business reviews building out tailored content and delivering substantive value through actionable outcomes with clients.
- Be a strategic partner to your clients - helping to identify ways to optimize their use of Alloy and helping them continually iterate on their use of the platform.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of documentation, tutorials, and training materials to empower clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Proactively identifying churn risk and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate churn
- Work with product to inform future roadmap decisions based on direct and indirect client feedback
Who we’re looking for
- 4+ years working in Client/Customer Success or a Customer Implementation or Onboarding role.
- A self-starter with an ability to work as part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team
- Experience working with customers to help them adopt and optimise use of a SaaS platform
- Experience in the Financial industry or a similarly regulated industry is highly desirable
- Previous working knowledge of RESTful APIs and an ability to use tools like Postman to interact with them is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve service quality.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building long-lasting relationships.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
