What You’ll Be Doing

• Acquiring deep domain and product knowledge to understand business impacts.
• Designing detailed test plans, writing effective test cases, and executing them.
• Reviewing PRs to improve test coverage and identify quality risks.
• Performing API testing, debugging, and automation.
• Contributing to functional and non-functional test automation frameworks.
• Maintaining and executing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality gates.
• Performing regression testing and participating in release cycles.
• Validating logs, monitoring metrics, and performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on customer defects.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and advocating for quality throughout the SDLC.

What’ll Help You Be Successful

• 3-5 years of manual testing experience with strong test case design skills.
• 0-1+ years of experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.
• 2+ years of hands-on API testing, and debugging experience.
• Experience writing test cases, test plans, or mind maps for features.
• Prior experience owning feature quality end-to-end.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills across applications, automation, and pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey quality concerns.
• Accountability and ownership mindset for product quality.
• JavaScript / TypeScript development experience with Nodejs / Nest JS framework
• Familiarity with Microservices and Event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AWS, Docker, CloudWatch, New Relic.
• Accessibility testing knowledge.
• Experience using GitHub Actions or similar CI tools.
• Hands-on RCA for customer issues and production bugs.
