The role:

We are looking to hire a Founding Growth Strategy & Ops Associate to take ownership of our supply-side provider growth. You will be closely partnered with the founder and the product & bizops teams. You will build the engine to identify, attract, qualify, and convert the best psychiatrists and clinicians in America to Blossom.

What you'll do:

  • Operate at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy

  • Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution

  • Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out

You'll be a good fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do

  • 1+ years of professional working experience in a high-growth, high-standards organization

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week

Compensation Range: $100K - $150K
