This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for communicating and managing the data needs across the entire Marketing team. This role requires a highly technical individual with the ability to develop cross-platform customer communication streams based on complex segmentation. This individual is a key member of the Growth Marketing team and will develop email triggers, customer journeys, SMS communications, a/b tests, website forms, and other ad hoc communications as needed. This role is an individual contributor; with a strong focus on technical, hands-on work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with marketing team members to determine data needs and lifecycle communication opportunities for our lending and banking programs
  • Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including data connection to Salesforce.com, audiences, journeys, automations, users, and other system settings
  • Develop email and SMS campaigns using templates, html, amp script, and other tools such as Movable Ink
  • Project manage all assets from strategy to execution with cross-functional teams including copy, design, legal, and coding
  • Provide post campaign reporting - drawing conclusions and recommendations on performance and customer behavior
  • Work with the analytics team to connect funnel metrics and campaign KPIs together to tell a holistic story for each program
  • Manage campaigns across all marketing channels including paid media, web, and social to ensure a cohesive experience for customers and prospects.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of email and SMS marketing experience; fintech experience a plus

  • Expertise managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Ampscript, Automation Studio, Activities, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Data Designer, and System Settings

  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data matching and manipulation)

  • Knowledge of the Martech landscape. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Strong attention to detail which is required for QAing messages and audience selections

  • Technical savvy and able to adapt quickly to various tools and marketing processes

  • Proactive and forward thinking; raises questions on assignments, contributes to the optimization of campaigns, and shares ideas

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Movable Ink or similar tool

  • SQL - Intermediate a plus

  • Qualtrics and Google Tag Manager

  • CDP management - Segment a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range: $127,400 - $156,100
