About the Role

As a Resolutions Associate I, you will be working with clients and account debtors to resolve delinquent accounts.

We are looking to build a world-class team to connect small businesses with the working capital they need to maintain or grow their operations. If you have a strong desire to be part of a small, nimble team, in an exciting and growing space, then Bluevine is the right place for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize your extensive collections experience to intelligently collect on delinquent accounts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive repayment plans tailored to individual cases.
  • Conduct skip tracing to locate new points of contact and update account information.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance overall collection performance and achieve targets.

What We Look For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Collections, with a preference for business-to-business (B2B) collections.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • A problem-solver who embraces and excels in addressing tough issues.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding collection performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage your accounts efficiently.
