About the Role
As a Collections Associate, you’ll work directly with clients and account debtors to resolve delinquent accounts and support repayment efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Review delinquent client hardship requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Craft and implement comprehensive repayment plans
- Skip trace and locate updated points of contact
- Provide insights to the Collections Team that help drive results
What We Look For
- 2+ years of collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of the collections process—and genuine interest in the work
- Resourceful problem-solver who doesn’t shy away from complexity
- Values feedback and actively supports team ideas
- Proactive, hands-on learner
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Resilient, with a positive attitude and grit under pressure
- Salesforce experience is a plus
New Hire Base Salary Range: $46,640 - $56,000.
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $58,300 - $70,000.
