Agile Execution
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups alongside the Engineering Lead
- Accept or reject stories based on definition of done, testing outcomes, and design alignment
- Remove blockers, facilitate cross-team communication, and ensure smooth sprint delivery
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Alignment
- Partner with Product Managers to understand customer problems, market context, and business goals
- Work closely with Design to validate workflows and maintain user-centricity
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal stakeholders about progress, dependencies, and risk
Continuous Improvement
- Use analytics and feedback loops to monitor feature usage and recommend iterations
- Contribute to retrospectives and team rituals focused on improving speed, quality, and value delivery
- Support release planning and go-to-market alignment with GTM teams when needed
Readiness
- Leads user acceptance testing through collaboration with product manager and business users ensuring product functionality meets acceptance criteria and business needs.
- Works with training teams to ensure learning materials are accurate, timely and aligned with product functionality for successful rollout.
- Coordinates with business and operations teams to ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated to reflect new system behaviors and workflows.
- Acts as a liaison between product, business and enablement teams to drive clear communication and alignment on release impacts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product role within a software team
- Deep understanding of agile delivery processes, preferably in a scrum or kanban environment; SAFe Product Owner certification preferred
- Ability to translate ambiguous concepts into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria and product documentation for the delivery team.
- Proven ability to manage technical backlogs and partner closely with engineers
- Ability to deconstruct complex workflows with skills in mapping manual processes into automated or semi-automated digital experience; Six Sigma certification a plus
- Ability to facilitate cross functional conversations between business stakeholders, engineering, design, legal, compliance and operations teams.
- Experience leading UAT planning, training enablement and operational documentation creation/updates to ensure smooth product rollouts and adoption.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Vercel, Airtable AI, Invideo AI…)
- Bonus: Experience working with APIs, backend systems, or B2B products
