We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Predictive Modeler to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and implement advanced predictive models to support various insurance operations, including pricing, underwriting, risk management and claims. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure models are aligned with real business challenges and drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development:
    Design and implement advanced predictive models to support both personal and commercial lines of business.
  • Model Validation & Optimization:
    Fine-tune, validate, and enhance models to ensure they remain accurate and adaptable to evolving data, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with business stakeholders to embed models into operations, aligning them with practical business needs.
  • Data Development:
    Develop and organize high-quality modeling data to ensure it is accurate, comprehensive, and ready for model development.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Present model results and provide actionable insights to management and other stakeholders to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or actuarial exams preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 3+ years predictive modeling experience with strong preference given to experience in insurance applications.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced technical knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and principals.
    • Expertise with SQL, Python, R or similar application
    • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality for modeling purposes.
    • Strong understanding of insurance operations and model application.
    • Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
