The Role

We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to drive our product strategy and execution. This role has high growth potential, with the opportunity to lead significant parts of our product and potentially step into a Director role in the future.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of CodeSignal’s platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and build impactful product solutions.
  • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and refine product offerings.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our product to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management.
  • Strong engineering background – ideally a computer science degree and/or prior engineering experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of launching successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working across teams.
  • Passion for CodeSignal’s mission and a desire to shape the future of technical hiring.

The Salary

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual total salary in the range of USD $150,000-$225,000. This range is based on San Francisco benchmarks and encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
