The Role
CodeSignal is searching for a Director of GTM Enablement. As a founding member of our GTM Enablement team, you will define and execute best-in-class GTM enablement strategy to drive CodeSignal’s ability to scale its revenue and optimize revenue team’s performance. In this highly visible role, you will design and implement enablement programs, tools, and content for our sales, customer success, and partnership teams with field adoption and skills reinforcement as key objectives.
Day-to-Day or Key Responsibilities
Set the vision & roadmap
  • Craft an enablement strategy aligned to customer journey stages and key GTM motions.
  • Define KPIs (ramp time, attainment, win-rate lift) and build dashboards to track impact.
  • Define the skills profile for each GTM role and level as the blueprint for assessment and learning.
  • Align enablement with core marketing and product messaging to ensure field consistency and campaign reinforcement.
Build effective and scalable programs
  • Design and deliver outcome-driven onboarding bootcamp and continuous learning programs for GTM roles.
  • Own the enablement tech stack and utilize CodeSignal’s skills assessment and learning solutions to drive results and to provide first-hand user experience to our GTM team.
  • Develop high-quality content and oversee its field adoption (e.g. playbooks, value drivers, battlecards, demo flows, coaching guide for managers).
  • Embed the Command of the Message sales methodologies and AI-powered selling tactics into daily workflows.
  • Drive adoption of GTM tools and processes in partnership with GTM Ops
  • Build and certify partner enablement programs to support indirect revenue channels
Drive change & coach excellence
  • Lead major in-person and virtual field-readiness events (e.g. Kick-off, Quarterly Business Review, product launches).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to weave enablement into release cycles and campaigns.
  • Establish feedback loops between the field and marketing to continuously iterate on messaging, training, and GTM motions
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and high performance across all GTM roles.
Basic Qualifications or Key Skills, etc.
  • 7-10 years in Revenue/GTM Enablement or Sales Leadership with demonstrated success scaling programs in high-growth B2B SaaS (Series C or D).
  • Expert in instructional design, adult learning theory, and change management; you translate strategy into engaging experiences that stick.
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies (preferably Command of Message) and AI-powered enablement tech stacks (e.g. Gong, Guru).
  • Data-obsessed operator who pairs creativity with rigorous measurement.
  • Inspirational coach and inclusive leader who thrives in ambiguity and builds trust across functions.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience as the first/builder of enablement at a <300-person startup.
  • Background supporting technical or developer-focused products.
  • Partner enablement experience.

The Salary
In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual total on-target earnings (OTE) in the range of USD$140,000-220,000. This range encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits such as those listed below. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
