Quality Branded is searching for an Executive Chef to lead a kitchen team in a very fast-paced, high volume environment.

You Have:

  • Five years of kitchen leadership experience in high volume restaurants
  • Previous Executive Chef experience strongly preferred, Sous Chef or CDC experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (steakhouse experience a plus!)
  • A proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively including employee training, recipe execution and consistency and food cost management
  • A keen eye for details
