Job Details
Must be available 8p-4am both Friday and Saturday night. Weeknight shifts are 6p-1am.

Job Responsibilities
  • Light expo duties during peak business
  • Assisting the cooks during peak business by garnishing items, setting up certain items to be fired, retrieving backups from the walk-in, etc...
  • Light prep (cutting garnishes, shredding cheese, etc...)
  • Assisting FOH with clearing tables if needed
  • Washing kitchen dishes (everything from FOH is disposable)
  • Cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards in BOH
  • Emptying trash cans
  • Sweeping and mopping
