Weeknight shifts are 6p-1am.</span><br><br>Job Responsibilities<span><br></span> <ul> <li>Light expo duties during peak business</li> <li>Assisting the cooks during peak business by garnishing items, setting up certain items to be fired, retrieving backups from the walk-in, etc...</li> <li>Light prep (cutting garnishes, shredding cheese, etc...)</li> <li>Assisting FOH with clearing tables if needed</li> <li>Washing kitchen dishes (everything from FOH is disposable)</li> <li>Cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards in BOH </li> <li>Emptying trash cans</li> <li>Sweeping and mopping</li> </ul> </div> </div></section>
