Sorrel Restaurant is seeking a full-time Captain.
At Sorrel we strive to push the envelope when it comes to Northern California culinary excellence in a One Star Michelin setting. Since we opened in April 2018, we have focused on cultivating an environment where our guests feel like they are a part of something memorable. To accomplish this, we make sure that service is fun, soulful, and personal, yet take care that we are serious about executing a phenomenal dining experience. We are looking for a leader to join our team that will continue to find new ways to innovate and improve the experience at Sorrel for guests and staff alike.

Required Years of Experience
3 years. Michelin experience strongly preferred.
