We are seeking a talented Private Chef who has the passion and expertise to join our family of 5 and bring delightful culinary creations to our table. This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience, along with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious, farm-to-table meals with a focus on Asian and Italian cuisines.
• Plan weekly menus, taking into account dietary preferences and any food allergies or restrictions.
• Create well-balanced and nutritious meals for lunch and dinner, ensuring a delightful dining experience for the family.
• Manage food inventory, grocery shopping, and kitchen supplies efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and cater for occasional family gatherings and events.

Work Schedule and Locations:

• Friday to Sunday: Litchfield County, CT or UES, NYC (depending on schedule)
• Summer months: The Hamptons, NY
• 2 weeks paid vacation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Chef, with a strong background in clean, healthy cooking practices and handling varying dietary preferences and food allergies within one meal.
• A passion for culinary excellence and a creative approach to menu planning.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive to different locations (you will need to have your own car).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
