Job Details
We are looking for a strong leader. Currently we have two locations open in San Francisco, Kaiyo Cow Hollow & Kaiyo Rooftop in Soma. We are excited to have our third location opening on the groundfloor location in the Soma at the beginning of Spring 2024, and a 4th location set to open as part of the Uncommons project in Las Vegas in 2024.
As the Floor Manager you responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Assisting the Management team: You will work closely with the management team to support them in their duties, which may include overseeing operations, implementing strategies, and making key decisions.
Managing Operations: You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating various departments, and addressing any operational issues that arise.
Staff Management: This involves overseeing and managing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. You may also be responsible for creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Financial Management: Assisting with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance are often part of the role. You may be involved in analyzing financial statements, controlling costs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Relations: Maintaining positive customer relations is crucial. You may need to address customer concerns or complaints, implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure high-quality service or product delivery.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans is another important responsibility. This may involve conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and setting goals for the organization.
Reporting and Analysis: You may be required to prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior management. This helps in monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks, is an essential aspect of the role.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with other departments, team members, and stakeholders are vital. This includes facilitating meetings, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Continual Improvement: As a floor manager, you should consistently seek opportunities for improvement, whether it's streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, or enhancing customer experiences.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
