Job Details
Raou's Restaurant is looking for a strong part time MaitreD.
AVERAGE NIGHTLY TIPS $200-300 PER SHIFT. PLUS HOURLY.
Weekend availibility required.
Come join a NYC institution. Since 1975's Raoul's has been a leading French restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the responsibility of the reservation book and accommodate walk-ins.
- Balance the needs of the guest and demands of restaurant.
- Speak with guests and communicate needs to both host, floor team, and kitchen.
Requirements:
- Possess leadership qualities
- 5 years prior MaitreD experience
- Strong guest relation skills
- Communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Desire to build client database and foster relationships
- Knowledge of restaurant industry regulars, and people of note
- Mush have strong knowledge of Resy
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $600
