Job Details

Nestled in the heart of Restaurant Row, Randolph Street's newest addition is seeking a skilled Executive Chef with a progressive culinary background that has fundamental understanding of the diversity, fine touches, bold flavors and unique finesse of New American and Mediterranean Cuisine.

The Space:
Exposed brick and rustic chandeliers intertwine with playful art and vibrant patterns in the two-level restaurant, creating a relaxed but refined atmosphere.

Inspired by the lighter and brighter style of cooking, HIDE+SEEK incorporates Mediterranean touches throughout the New-American shared plates menu. We will be open 7 days a week for dinner service and weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Humble in their approach to learning and professional self-development
  • Passionate about using high-quality ingredients
  • Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a CDC or Executive Chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
  • Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
  • An Associate's degree from a culinary focused university preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with various Mediterranean cuisines along with classic cooking styles & preparations
