James Beard Award Winning Chef, Ken Oringer has opened Faccia Faccia. A neighborhood restaurant featuring coastal Italian cuisine with Executive Chef, Brian Rae. The menu focuses on pasta, small palates, grilled items and crudos. The style is inventive while respecting the classics. The ingredients are carefully selected. Fresh local produce, imported italian products and rare ingredients from arounf the world all have there place on the Faccia menu.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates. People looking to learn all they can about the world of italian cuisine. Candidates should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires and at least 1 year of kitchen experience. Come cook a great menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
