About you…
~ Passionate about hospitality and bartending.. Basic knowledge of wines and spirits is a prerequisite, along with a grasp of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine regions.
~ Great communicator and collaborator, including clear and effective writing skills.
~ Considerable experience working on a team in a high-volume setting.
~ Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong focus on maintaining an impeccably clean and efficient workspace.
~ Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a late-night operation, including holidays and weekends.
~ Minimum of 2-3 years of high-volume cocktail experience
~ Exceptional Steps of Service
~ A willingness to cross train as a server is a plus

TIPS certification and a Food Handler’s license are required. Candidates must be able to start training immediately. Brunch and dinner shifts are available.
