REQUIREMENTS:

· Serving experience in an upscale market

· Strong knowledge in Food and Beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus)

· To ensure all allergies procedures are followed at all times

· Must understand how to use POS programs such as Micros

· Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, week days, weekends and holidays

· Has a keen sense of attention to detail making sure tables are served and bussed properly

· Able to work well under pressure during times of high volume service

· Personal punctuality

· Exceptional upselling techniques

· Promote Firmdale Brand and properties

· To take personal responsibility for punctuality
