Polisher

As a Polisher, you contribute a tremendous amount towards our success. You are a key component to the flow, maintenance and upkeep of our restaurant. Even more important, you have a direct impact on the level of service that we offer to our guests. You have been chosen for this position because of your experience, ability, and character. Together we will work to provide a memorable dining experience for each of our guests.

Hourly Rate $15.00

Responsibilities

  • Receive and polish serving ware, glassware, silverware and utensils
  • Bring clean serving ware, glassware, silverware and utensils to the storage station and restock
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Complete end of night closing side-work as per restaurant standards

Requirements

  • Adhere to all Covid health and safety protocols
  • Able to walk stairs; we are a three-floor fast paced, high service restaurant
  • Able to lift at least 30lbs
  • Communication is key! Great at communicating to all team members in a timely manner
