Job Details
Estia a high end Greek restaurant is looking for a beverage manager. You will help operate our restaurants on a day to day basis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of station
• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation
• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
• Communicate with fellow managers on any issues.
• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and reservations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Restaurant management or supervisory experience required
• Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
5 day work weeks approximately 40-45 hours. Weekly Pay. 50% covered Healthcare Quarterly profit sharing bonuses
