We are seeking a Consulting Chef on a short-term contract
to design and develop a limited tapas-style menu that pairs
beautifully with cigars and fine spirits.

Your role will include:
• Collaborating with ownership to establish a culinary
identity that complements our premium cigar and whiskey
offerings.
• Designing a focused tapas menu (10–15 items) featuring
upscale, flavorful dishes that are operationally efficient.
• Standardizing recipes, plating, and portioning for
consistency.
• Assisting with sourcing ingredients and vendor selection.
• Training kitchen staff to execute your menu seamlessly.
What we’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an Executive or Consulting Chef,
ideally in high-end lounges, cocktail bars, or restaurants with
tapas/small plate concepts.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage pairing,
especially with whiskey and/or cigars.
• Ability to create bold, refined flavors with streamlined
execution for a lounge environment.
• Availability for a 4–6 week consulting
project (September–October), with potential for ongoing
collaboration.

Competitive consulting fee based on experience.
