Job Details
The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring that our exceptional culinary creations and event setups arrive on time, intact, and presented with care. This position requires a professional, reliable individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Safe & Timely Deliveries

Load, transport, and deliver catering orders and equipment to event locations throughout the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

Maintain timely schedules and follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

Set-Up & Presentation
-
Ensure all items are presented neatly and according to 12th St Catering standards.

Customer Service
-
Represent 12th St Catering with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients, venue staff, and guests.

Provide on-site support for special requests and ensure client satisfaction.

Vehicle & Equipment Care
-
Inspect delivery vehicles before and after each trip; report maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and storage areas.

Team Collaboration
-
Coordinate with kitchen, events, and operations teams to verify orders and ensure accurate delivery.

Support event staff with loading/unloading and other operational needs as assigned.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs and tight spaces as needed.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset.

Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event needs.

Prior catering, delivery, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Schedule varies based on event calendar; hours may start as early as 3:00 AM.
