Role Overview
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager (Shift Lead) to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside staff in daily duties — making crêpes, running the register, serving guests — while also helping with stock tracking and overseeing operations when the owners are not on site.
Key Responsibilities

Perform all regular team duties: crêpe-making, barista, register, service, cleaning.

Take the lead on shift operations (about 30% of the time).

Keep track of inventory and supplies; flag shortages and help with stock organization.

Support new team member training and ensure daily checklists are followed.

Provide excellent guest service and help resolve small issues on the floor.
Qualifications

Prior experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant preferred.

Strong team player with a positive, reliable attitude.

Ability to take initiative and stay organized.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership potential — able to set the tone for a smooth shift.

NYC Food Handler’s Certificate.
