Brava is a pre-show theater restaurant located in the Adrienne Arsht Center in Downtown Miami.

Our ideal Pastry Assistant candidate will work directly with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Pastry Chef to ensure quality of all pastry related items. Our Pastry Assistant will have to demonstrate a proficiency in classic techniques, great baking skills, time management, execution throughout service, and a commitment to excellence. We want to cultivate your talent, spur your creativity, and help you develop into a well-rounded colleague.
