Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager.

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time position that over-sees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.

Requirements:

• Passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Must be able to work well independently, as well with other Managers
• Commitment to exceed guest expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer first approach. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure operational standards are consistently met.
• Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position
• Administrative Duties to include: Scheduling, payroll and monthly inventory
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to motivate team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience
• Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On-Call.
• Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems are a Plus
