Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Manager is a full-time position that over-sees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.

- Must be able to work well independently, as well with other Managers
- Commitment to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer first approach. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met.
- Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position
- Administrative Duties to include: Scheduling, payroll and monthly inventory
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to motivate team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience
- Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude at all times.
- Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On-Call.
- Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems are a Plus
