Bar Leadership & Operations

Oversee bar setup, breakdown, organization, and cleanliness.

Ensure proper stock levels, inventory controls, and product rotation.

Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

Support bar staff with guidance, real-time problem solving, and ongoing training.

Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest safety at all times.
- Organize all beverage areas and keep up to standards
Shift Supervision

Act as primary point of contact for staff during assigned shifts.

Support FOH management with opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
-
Communicate effectively with back-of-house and management to ensure cohesive operations.

Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues swiftly.
Team Support & Development

Lead by example, fostering a positive, service-focused culture.

Assist in onboarding and coaching new bar and floor staff.
-
Provide ongoing feedback to help maintain high service standards.
Health, Safety & DOH Compliance
-
Uphold all Department of Health (DOH) standards across bar and floor operations.
-
Ensure proper food and beverage handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
-
Monitor staff adherence to DOH protocols
-
Support regular inspections and maintain all compliance documentation and checklists.

Identify and correct any potential violations immediately to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Administrative Duties

Assist with inventory counts and ordering as needed.
-
Complete shift logs, incident reports, and relevant documentation.

Ensure all staff adhere to compliance standards, including health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

2–4 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or nightlife environment.

Previous supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar operations.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-energy service environments.
-
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and guest-focused.

Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
