QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

QED Hospitality is seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day digital marketing needs of our Nashville outlets—Marsh House, LA Jackson, and Killebrew. This role focuses primarily on social media content creation and posting, website updates, and digital promotion of events and on-property activations.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, hospitality, storytelling, and community engagement — and who enjoys being hands-on in the field capturing content and sharing it across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content & Community Engagement

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms

  • Capture photos and short-form video of food, beverage, events, and behind-the-scenes moments

  • Engage with guests and respond to comments/messages in brand voice

  • Monitor performance and provide simple monthly reporting

Website & Digital Content

  • Maintain and update menu links, event pages, and general website content

  • Assist with creating and sending email newsletters and event announcements

  • Ensure all content aligns with outlet branding and tone

Event & Programming Support

  • Promote events and programming across digital channels

  • Support onsite content capture during events

  • Coordinate with outlet managers to gather information and assets for promotions

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual presentation

  • Support partnerships with local businesses, creators, and community groups

  • Represent QED Hospitality’s culture and values with professionalism and authenticity

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or marketing support (hospitality experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills

  • Experience managing business social media accounts

  • Photography and/or basic video editing skills for social content

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Business, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to work in-person at our restaurant locations, including occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage

  • Organized, collaborative, and enthusiastic about hospitality and storytelling



PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Mobility and dexterity to move large, heavy objects up to 100 lbs. Manual dexterity to include using kitchen utensils and handling food items. Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing, and be able to withstand a hot and/or close environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace, and to respond to visual and oral cues.
