Face of the Bar | Keeper of Cool | Curates The Crowd
The Wrangler is the pulse of Cattlemen’s Bar. The one everyone recognizes. The one who remembers the names, the drinks, the regulars' seats—and somehow makes it all feel effortless.
This isn’t a stand-at-the-door host role. This is presence. Swagger. Instinct. The Wrangler owns the room without owning it too hard. Warm, confident, and knows their way around a good time. Equal parts hospitality and attitude.
You set the tone the second someone walks in. You’re the reason regulars come back. You’re the reason first-timers turn into locals.
What You Do
- Be the first hello and the last impression at Cattlemen’s Bar
- Know the regulars—their drinks, their seats, their rhythms—and treat them like insiders
- Work the room with confidence, reading energy and guiding the flow without forcing it
- Be the social connector—introducing guests, sparking conversations, building familiarity
- Partner with bartenders and servers to keep the bar moving, buzzing, and balanced
- Represent the Cattlemen’s spirit: bold, welcoming, unpretentious, and notched up
Who You Are
- Naturally magnetic—people gravitate toward you without you trying
- Confident, stylish, with a Stetson on your head and cowboy boots on your feet, and grounded with a sharp sense of self
- Great with people, better with details (names, drinks, vibes)
- Calm under pressure, cool in a crowd
- Someone who carries cowboy/girl swagger in a modern way—strong, warm, a little wild
Why This Role Is For You
The Wrangler is Cattlemen’s Bar. You’re not just managing a list or opening a door—you’re building a following. Creating a scene. Turning nights into rituals and guests into regulars.
