We’re bringing the vibrant flavors and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean to Miami Beach — led by world-renowned Chef Eyal Shani — and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven Maître d’ to join our opening front-of-house team!

In this role, you will oversee the guest journey from the moment they arrive, manage reservations and seating flow, support service staff, and ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality in line with Chef Eyal Shani’s vision.

You will work closely with restaurant leadership and the service team to create a polished, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow to maximize guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with management, servers, and hosts to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to monitor service quality and guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and efficiency
• Uphold service standards that reflect the restaurant’s brand and Chef Eyal Shani’s philosophy
• Support training and mentoring of front-of-house staff
• Ensure the dining room maintains a polished and organized appearance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Maître d’, Host Manager, or similar front-of-house leadership role
• Strong understanding of fine dining or upscale casual service standards
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable, or similar preferred)
