Quince & Co. is a San Francisco–based hospitality group operating multiple acclaimed restaurants and concepts. We are seeking a hands-on IT & Systems Manager to own all internal technology systems across our restaurants and offices, replacing our outsourced IT provider.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in operations and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for ~70 users across multiple locations

• Manage onboarding/offboarding, devices, accounts, and access

• Own networks, WiFi, servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud systems

• Maintain security, backups, and system reliability

• Manage vendors (internet, VoIP, cameras, POS-related tech)

• Support restaurant operations with on-site troubleshooting when needed

• Lead IT projects, upgrades, and new location launches

• 5+ years IT systems or infrastructure experience

• Experience supporting multi-site environments (hospitality or retail preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint support

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and highly reliable

• Comfortable working independently and being on-call for critical issues

• High ownership role with autonomy
