We are looking for a Busser who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and supports both the service team and our guests with professionalism and care.

Position Summary

As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service by supporting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and resetting tables efficiently. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create a seamless dining experience that reflects the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly and efficiently clear and reset tables between guests.

  • Stock and maintain service stations with necessary supplies (glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments).

  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, including replenishing water and beverages.

  • Transport dirty dishware to the dishwashing area and maintain a clean dining environment.

  • Wipe down chairs, booths, and tables; sweep or clean floors as needed.

  • Perform restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and restocking.

  • Support the service team with food running and general guest needs.

  • Assist with special cleaning tasks and unexpected situations (e.g., spills).

  • Contribute to overall guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Previous busser or restaurant experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH A MUST.

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout shifts.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Japanese food and service style is required.

  • Strong organizational abilities.
