Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to each guest while maintaining a smooth and well-paced dining experience.

• Manage table flow for both OpenTable reservations and walk-ins to support kitchen efficiency.

• Confidently resolve guest concerns with charm, tact, and intelligent solutions.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, hosts, and kitchen staff.

• Exhibit a warm, approachable personality while setting and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Uphold our restaurant’s standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.

• Exceptional customer service skills; natural problem-solver and relationship-builder.

• Strong understanding of pacing and coordination with kitchen operations.

• Mature, communicative, and personable with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, tact, and creative solutions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
