The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations to ensure consistent execution of company standards in service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This role maintains operational flow by overseeing staff and creating a positive work environment that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shift
  • Ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures are completed accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment according to company standards and health department requirements
  • Supervise employees during shift; provide direction, coaching, and accountability
  • Manage cash handling, register accuracy, and daily deposits
  • Maintain dining area cleanliness, restocking, and overall appearance
  • Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
  • Communicate shift updates, issues, and needs to Ownership and the incoming shift lead
  • Assist with daily checklists, prep logs, temperature logs, and other required documentation
  • Participate in shift meetings, weekly meetings, or training sessions as required
  • Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient, and accurate service
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints with urgency and professionalism
  • Support speed of service goals by actively assisting FOH or BOH as needed

General Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years in hospitality or retail leadership, with prior store or location management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching ability
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive in solving problems
  • Food handler certification required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfort working near heat, ovens, grills, and sharp objects
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move consistently throughout the shift
