Job Summary:

This summer, we’re looking for a friendly and energetic person to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their time at the facility. You’ll assist with outdoor area F&B service, provide on-court support, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all members with a friendly attitude and offer them towels, water, and any other services they may need to enhance their experience at the facility.
• Maintain the outdoor areas by keeping towels neatly arranged, ensuring the water station is fully stocked, and keeping seating areas clean and organized.
• Bring water and towels to members on the tennis courts as needed, ensuring they stay hydrated and comfortable while playing.
• Sweep Har-Tru courts between every use.
• Constantly walk around the property to collect stray tennis and pickleballs.
• Regularly check and maintain tennis equipment, including rackets, balls, and other gear, ensuring everything is in good condition and ready for use.
• Respond to member requests with a positive and proactive attitude, making sure they have everything they need for a great experience at the facility.
• Support the front desk team by answering phones, running errands, and assisting with any other tasks needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
