Position Purpose
The Front Desk Coordinator ensures a seamless and elevated experience for members and guests by managing reservations, check-ins, and daily communications with professionalism and efficiency. This role supports front desk operations, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with internal teams to uphold club standards while maximizing service quality.
Duties and Responsibilities

Reviews and accurately manage restaurant reservations in a timely and efficient manner

Leads communications with Members and Guest: phone calls and emails using professional language in accordance with club standards
- Understanding of SevenRooms, PeopleVine, Canary and Opera systems with speed and accuracy
- Leads in Manage hotel reservations including bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and billing
- Maintain accurate room status information to support revenue optimization
- Resolve member and guest concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Expedite check-ins and departures while delivering concierge-level service
- Leads updating and managing group reservations, ensuring all requirements are communicated to relevant departments
- Review credit limit for members and guests that are on files with an accurate authorization
- Assist in training Front Desk team members and reinforcing service standards
- Ensure club policies and rules are communicated clearly and followed by members and guests
- Takes lead on reprinting and printing of menus to help the Host team before their arrival.
- Leads prix fixe menu creation, menu printing and distribution as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to maintain exceptional service standards
- Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or requests to proper Departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk workspace
- Follow all front office standard operating procedures
- Manage and route phone calls, text messages, emails, and other communications accurately
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all departments
- Assist Front Desk Manager with maintaining and accurately logging Lost and Found items.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager
Qualifications

Experience in Front Desk at a Restaurant, Private Club or Hotel

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong grooming and personal presentation standards

Ability to speak confidently & lead in small group settings

Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations & loop in management as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to move safely and efficiently through front-of-house and dining areas.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements associated with service operations.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
