Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager at Curacity, you will lead cross-functional teams to discover, define, and deliver high-impact solutions that delight luxury and lifestyle hoteliers and drive revenue growth. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—partnering closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing—to ensure our offerings solve real customer problems, are technically feasible, and deliver on our business objectives.
What You'll Do
Champion Continuous Discovery
- Lead rapid, low-cost experiments and prototypes to validate value, usability, feasibility, and viability before committing engineering resources.
- Surface and prioritize the riskiest assumptions early, using user interviews, A/B tests, analytics deep-dives, and stakeholder workshops.
Define & Evangelize Product Vision & Strategy
- Communicate strategy and progress regularly to leadership, sales, marketing, and customer-success teams.
- Help execute and refine a clear vision for Curacity’s demand platform, aligning roadmaps with company OKRs and market priorities.
Own Business Objectives & Outcomes
- Translate high-level business goals (e.g., “Reduce onboarding time by 75%” or “Increase upsell attach rate to 30%”) into measurable key results.
- Track and report on success metrics—revenue, adoption, retention, NPS—ensuring every feature delivers tangible ROI.
Lead Empowered, Cross-Functional Teams
- Staff and nurture durable “missionary” teams of engineers, designers, and analysts; facilitate tight collaboration and autonomy.
- Coach and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices in discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Partner Deeply Across Functions
- Work with UX designers on holistic experiences—from wireframes to visual design to user-testing.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to instrument, monitor, and interpret usage and experiment results.
- Align with Sales & Product Marketing on go-to-market plans, messaging, and customer feedback loops.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or travel/hospitality technology, with a track record of shipping customer-centric, data-driven products.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Deep Customer Empathy: You’ve tackled the four core product risks—value, usability, feasibility, viability—and can cite examples.
- Master of Discovery and Design: You excel at designing and running rapid experiments and prototypes to de-risk every initiative.
- Strategic & Analytical: Comfortable defining product vision and translating it into measurable objectives and OKRs; proficient with analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Looker) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong Technical Fluency: You’ve taken a programming or engineering course and can collaborate fluently with engineers on architectural trade-offs.
- Exceptional Communication: You can craft crisp product narratives, present to executives, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Startup Mindset & Work Ethic: You’re smart, creative, persistent—and comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Why Curacity?
