Strategic Partner Manager
Description
Dizzion is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) to manage and grow a portfolio of customers acquired through strategic channel partners while helping generate new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
This role blends strategic account management with channel sales support. The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for driving customer retention, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction while partnering closely with channel partners to identify new opportunities, coordinate sales efforts, and accelerate pipeline development.
Rather than cold prospecting, this role focuses on maximizing the value of existing partner relationships through account growth, partner enablement, joint account planning, and co-selling activities.
