About this job:
The Social Content Creator role is an exciting opportunity where you get to be hands-on and involved in the decision-making of what, when, where, and how content is made for all Dolls Kill social and marketing platforms. You will be involved in photo shoot planning, content ideation, and the execution of photo and video content from start to finish. If you are creative, excited about social media, and passionate about cool and viral content, then this is perfect for you!
What you'll do:
- Concept & Production: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit original short-form videos and static imagery on your phone that aligns with our brand voice, products and social platforms
- Trend Translation: Understand viral trends and best practices across social media platforms and how to integrate them into content
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze, troubleshoot and communicate content performance and scheduling
- Asset Farming: Utilize social shoots, live shows, and other methods of content creation as needed
- Product Featured Focus: Manage and organize samples, props, and products as needed
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and associated editing tools (especially CapCut and Canva)
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, plus the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience creating content - even if it's on your own accounts
Nice to have, not required:
- Experience working with Premiere, After Effects, and/or Photoshop
- Experience using live sales platforms, especially Whatnot & TikTok Shop
- Experience in photography, videography, copywriting, or social media/influencer marketing
