We're looking for a product leader who is…

• You are a strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with quick-wins, leveraging data and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Your focus on customer needs drives innovation, collaborating with Product Design to enhance the user experience.
• Your data-driven approach helps your team to make informed decisions, and you work closely with data, engineering, and platform teams to implement new initiatives.
• You are a respected cross-functional leader who values collaboration, and recognizes the unique skills and perspectives that team members from all backgrounds bring.
• As a servant leader, you support and develop your team of product managers focused on the lending experience, helping them to achieve their goals and have a significant impact on the company's success.

Experiences you will bring with you:

• 8+ years launching and growing a successful consumer digital lending or fintech product
• 5+ years experience leading a team of Product Managers
• Experience optimizing an online customer acquisition funnel with multiple channels and products
• An entrepreneurial mentality, with the desire to change the world and an impatience to get there
• An ability to think strategically and see the big picture, but obsessed with the details of the customer experience
• A data-driven philosophy, which influences what you build and when you pivot
• Executive presence with cross-functional team members of all levels, including C-levels
