We're hiring a Community Manager (San Francisco) to join our small team and own our path to revenue.

What you'll do

  • Own pipeline and revenue. You're measured on what you grow, not what you ship.
  • Do it yourself first: outbound, demos, closing, onboarding. Get your hands dirty before you systematize.
  • Find the repeatable motion. Run experiments, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
  • Write well: outbound, positioning, the stuff that gets a skeptical engineer to reply.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, who are still deep in every customer conversation.
  • Lay the groundwork for the team you'll eventually build.

    • What we're looking for

  • You've owned revenue or pipeline before at an early-stage company, and you have the numbers to prove you moved it.
  • Generalist energy: you can prospect and write copy and close. Expert at none required; fast learner essential.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and zero process. You create the process; you don't wait for it.
  • Bonus weight if you've done this in AI, B2B, or dev tools. Selling to technical buyers is its own skill.
  • You want ownership, not a seat. This is a founding role and it should feel like one.
