Role Description
We’re seeking a motivated Associate Marketing Manager to help scale Good Natured Brand as we expand nationally in the pet-safe cleaning market. You’ll support the team across market research, campaign creation, execution, and customer engagement, while learning how to grow a high-velocity consumer brand in the US. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with AI technologies to create content, streamline workflows, and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research – Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Creation & Execution – Assist in planning and running cross-channel campaigns (email, paid, influencer, retail).
- Omnichannel Support – Coordinate execution across e-commerce (Shopify, Chewy, Walmart.com) and retail.
- Customer Relationship Management – Help manage customer communication, email marketing, loyalty programs, and feedback collection.
- Content & Social Media – Support content production and posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Partnerships & Influencer Marketing – Assist in outreach, coordination, and tracking of brand collaborations.
- Performance Marketing – Work with the team to develop creative assets, track ad performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Retail Expansion Support – Help with materials and execution for trade shows, retail launches, and buyer presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pet Lover & Mission-Driven – Genuine passion for pets, families, and creating healthier homes through safe, natural, and sustainable products.
- Pet Market Experience – Prior experience in the pet products market is a strong plus to understand category dynamics and consumer needs.
- Ambitious & Entrepreneurial – Thrives in fast-paced environments, eager to take ownership, learn quickly, and grow into larger responsibilities.
- Marketing Foundations – 2–4 years of experience (or internships) in marketing, ideally within consumer brands, e-commerce, or retail. DTC experience is a strong plus.
- Market Research & Analytical Skills – Strong ability to conduct research, analyze competitors and customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Analytical skills are crucial.
- Content & Social Media Fluency – Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools; excited to help build community and engagement.
- AI-Curious Marketer – Open to using AI tools to create campaigns, generate content, and improve efficiency in daily marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Market – Experience or understanding of the U.S. consumer landscape is a plus, especially in retail and DTC contexts.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing multiple projects, tracking performance, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Strong Communicator – Clear, concise writing and communication skills; able to support brand storytelling and customer engagement.
