Role Description
We’re seeking a driven Associate Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth across digital and retail channels as we expand nationally in the pet-safe cleaning market. You’ll be responsible for executing advertising campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and Google, optimizing SEO and keyword strategies, and uncovering new growth opportunities through data-driven insights. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic experimentation, leveraging AI tools to test creatives, scale campaigns, and identify viral growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising Execution – Manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Keyword Research & SEO – Conduct keyword research and implement on-site/off-site SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
- Reporting & Analytics – Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and use insights to refine campaigns.
- Competitor Research – Monitor competitors’ advertising and marketing strategies to inform positioning and creative testing.
- Channel Expansion – Test and scale into new advertising platforms and growth opportunities.
- Viral Growth Strategies – Experiment with creative content, influencer collaborations, and emerging channels to drive organic buzz and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pet Lover & Mission-Driven – Genuine passion for pets, families, and creating healthier homes with safe, natural, and sustainable products.
- Performance Marketing Foundations – 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing campaigns across Amazon, Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok. PPC experience is a strong plus.
- Analytical & Data-Driven – Strong quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing campaign data, tracking KPIs, and making data-backed decisions. Analytical skills are crucial.
- SEO & Keyword Research – Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices to drive discoverability and growth.
- AI-Curious Marketer – Open to using AI technologies to create ads, test messaging, optimize campaigns, and improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Market – Knowledge of U.S. consumer trends and e-commerce/retail landscape is a plus.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong Communicator – Clear, concise writing and presentation skills to share insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
