About The Role

As an Operations Specialist on the Advisor Activation team, you’ll be at the heart of onboarding and supporting our newest advisors. This role is highly operational. You’ll be diving into tools, building automations, and keeping projects running smoothly so that every new advisor has a best-in-class experience from day one.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across training, product, and support to design systems that scale. From automating workflows in Zapier, to building targeted onboarding in Intercom, to leveraging AI tools like Wispr Flow. You’ll be hands-on in shaping how advisors learn, activate, and grow their businesses.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves solving operational challenges, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to make an immediate impact in a high-growth startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable systems that support advisor onboarding and activation
- Automate and streamline workflows using no-code and AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Intercom, etc.)
- Manage daily operational processes and ensure advisor-facing trainings and resources run smoothly
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the advisor journey
- Identify gaps in processes, propose solutions, and execute improvements quickly
- Stay organized in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience (including strong internship experience) in customer success, operations, or program management roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; confident digging into problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Passion for travel and/or supporting entrepreneurs
Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $60K–$90K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
