About The Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead- Group to bring the world of group travel to life — for both our travel advisors and their clients.

This role blends storytelling, content strategy, and creative production. You’ll own the voice of Groups across channels — from social and newsletters to web and marketing collateral. You’ll create content that celebrates our advisors’ success, inspires clients to travel together, and showcases Fora’s growing impact in the group travel space.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Brand, and Community teams to ensure our content drives awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop and execute the content strategy for Fora’s Groups team — including social media, newsletters, blog/web articles, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Write, edit, and produce compelling stories that highlight advisor wins, memorable events, and group travel inspiration.
  • Create toolkits, templates, and collateral to help advisors market and sell group travel effectively.
  • Manage content calendars and maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Develop engaging, on-brand posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key channels.
  • Identify opportunities to feature advisors, partners, destinations, and real group travel stories.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine content based on results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Group Operations to ensure content aligns with business priorities and supports advisor success.
  • Collaborate with Fora’s design, brand, and events teams to produce creative assets for campaigns and launches.
  • Support PR and external communications related to Groups, including award submissions and event coverage.

Visual & Design Skills

  • Graphic design basics:
    • Canva (Pro) — a must. For quick-turn social posts, newsletters, and advisor resources.
    • Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom — for resizing, light retouching, or enhancing photography.

Basic photo & video editing — cropping, color correction, overlaying text, adding music. Tools might include CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in content, marketing, or communications — ideally within travel, events, or hospitality.
  • Storytelling expertise: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for capturing emotion and detail.
  • Creative & strategic: Comfortable ideating, writing, and managing the full content lifecycle from concept to publish.
  • Social media savvy: Deep understanding of social platforms and how to drive engagement and storytelling across them.
  • Collaborative: You work well across teams and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $70k–$100k + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
