As the IVA Proctor for the Specialized Care Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our members via phone, email, and chat, ensuring they’re able to get set up and complete IVA-2 CPT Testing for ADHD evaluation.

This is a full-time hourly position Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM PST (10:00AM to 7:00PM CST) and a 1 hour lunch period. Must be located in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with our members with exceptional customer service skills to support a high volume of incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone, email and chat to set up and proctor the IVA-2 CPT Testing appointments. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and being adaptable to change
• Collect payment and enroll our members in IVA-2 CPT Testing and work with our teams to create a seamless member experience
• Effectively utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to resolve any member issues and support distressed members
• Be a strong communicator, multitasking team player, and tech guru in order to provide coordination of care

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• One-plus year of customer experience or previous testing proctor skills (preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Athena (preferred)
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods while sitting at a desk
• Access to a private workspace that complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy guidelines
• A self-starter attitude, with a passion to grow, learn, organize and create in service to improving mental health care
