As a Foresight Therapist, You’ll Enjoy:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salaries:
    Full-time: $72,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)
    Part-time clinicians see between 10-24 clients per week (minimum 12 hours per week of availability required) – hourly rate of 50 USD (part-time)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
  • Must not be opted out of Medicare

What Sets You Up For Success:

  • Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
  • Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
  • Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight’s client-centered Philosophy of Care
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
